We are excited to announce that the July “The two festivals tour” is fully booked and that we are now taking bookings for 2013. What an experience this tour will be!! We are so excited about the many surprises we have in store to share with our guests ..just be prepared to have fun and to be spoilt. Also bring a few cocktail dresses and your dancing shoes!!
The August -September tour “La mia Umbria con Antonella” still has some places left so don’t let it slip by. This tour is a culinary journey of Umbria. You will indulge in all the produce this region has to offer in the heavenly surroundings of this “magical” and “spiritual” land. We will be tasting, eating and preparing Umbrian dishes with the locals. This is a focal point as well as discovering the art of cheese, prosciutto and bread making with the local small producer who still follows the family tradition and recipe of making it as they did generations before. Picture yourself immersed in the green woods of this land totally in touch with nature. Witness the truffle dogs unearth these “golden nugggets called TARTUFO” . We wil do this in Norcia beacuse Norcia has the most prised tartufo nero of Italy . The smell of the tartufo is very intense but the taste is so refined. When we return from the truffle hunt we go to the kitchen of the Casa Bianconi and with the guidance of top chef Flavio we will learn how to best combine this delicate produce as well as make tasty and unique dishes we then enjoy under the stars. The tour is a pure indulgence of food , wine, great company and of exclusive accommodation. We will stay at one of Italy’s top RELAIS & CHATEAUX right in Umbria….Ah what luxury …..don’t let it slip by, treat yoursef.. We want to restrict the number of participants to only 8 so don’t miss out.
